Rachel Gross

Rachel E. Gross is a science journalist and author of Vagina Obscura, which tells the story of how anatomists mapped the female reproductive organs, and how a new generation is wresting them back. She was a 2018-2019 Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT and most recently served as science editor for Smithsonian magazine. Her work has appeared in the BBC Future, the New York Times, Scientific American, and Slate.
